So I am officially 22! :D

and instead of partying I am on tumblr. HA!! my birthday landed on the perfect day to party and go hard but unfortunately I have to work tomorrow (ok even tho it’s true i probably wouldn’t have gone wild anyway)

22!!! wow!! not where I thought i would be at 22… but not bad at all either, i guess. *kanye shrug*

Have yet to finish school and get any sort of degree.. (BUT I am working as an after school teacher at an elementary school… in New York!!)

yet to move out of my parents house.. (But hey at least it’s NEW YORK!!!! i mean come on it’s only the most expensive city everrrr.. clearly not easy to afford living on your own)

yet to travel the world… (been to a couple places so im ok)

yet to find a man and create a beautiful “serious” relationship.. 

yet to learn any other foreign language.. (at least i speak spanish)

I haven’t met John Mayer yet. (Though I’ve been to concerts, close enough)

oh and Im completely broke. (temporarily)

aaaaaaaghhhh just soooo many things I thought I would have accomplished by now…

I now have a relationship with God… and that is worth sooooooo much more than any “ideal” life i’ve ever dreamed of.. Though I know with God everything is possible and he makes all things work for my good.. I also know this is a time for learning and discovering myself and just the beauty of life.. I don’t have everything I thought I would by now but Im working at it and I know one day I will. For now I’ll appreciate everything that comes my way, the beautiful people that surround me and just cherish every moment and every opportunity!!
